Yes. You have 200 miles per every 24 hours you hire with us. So for example: If you hire for 3 days, you get 600 miles. (This doesn't apply if you hire on a weekend deal) When hiring on a weekend deal you get 400 miles for the friday deal and 300 miles for the saturday deal. The limit changes to 1000 miles if you hire for a week. If you hire from your own insurance, you will have 750 miles per week. Any excess mileage is charged at 20p + Vat per mile.
Yes, they can but you must inform us in advance and pay an additional driver's protection. The second driver must also provide their full driving licence, post code and National Insurance number for inspection before becoming a named driver.
All rentals are charged per 24 hours e.g., a 24-hour rental is one day, when a rental exceeds 24 hours an additional daily rate charge will apply.

Our standard weekend hire rates start from 4:30pm on Friday to 8.30am on the following Monday. For the weekend Special rate, the hire time would start at 1pm Saturday and end at 08:30am on the following Monday.
Unfortunately, not. We require you to return the vehicle from the collection point in Lock Lane Castleford. This is due to only having one Depot.
You will be notified on the amount of fuel in the tank before you take the van away. This should be the same when the vehicle is returned to us. However, should you not have time to refuel we will charge you for the difference, but please note that the refuelling cost will be charged to you at a rate significantly higher than the average pump price.

Yes, you can park your vehicle on site, but vehicles left remain at your own risk
No, once you have confirmed your reservation booking, the price will not change unless the booking is amended and there will be no hidden charges.
For any damage caused, you are liable for the costs to repair the damage. You will also be liable for any loss of hire caused.
When the vehicle is checked in and the damage has been assessed, an invoice will be emailed through to you with the total price of the damage. This will then be taken from your card or deposit shortly after.
Extensions can be agreed by phone subject to availability. A price will be discussed and taken over the phone
Cancellations can be made at any point prior to the start of the rental. 48 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. You can also push back the date of hire free of charge.
Please note if a reservation is not cancelled prior to the start time and then not collected, the rental amount will still be charged to the customer in full.
A returnable deposit will be required upon the collection of any vehicle from any of our depots at the start of your rental period. The hirer will be liable for the following charges in the event of cancellation of booking.
- More than 48 hours before booking: No charge.
- 24 hours - 48 hours booking: 50% of hire charge.
Less than 24 hours before booking: 100% of hire charge. If you make a reservation within 24 hours of your pickup time you will still be liable for the above cancellation charge.
